FAQ's

When does it start?

Enrollment is now open but is reserved to just 3 new members a week. We want to space people out, give them proper attention and make sure that we give you the best possible experience.

What happens if I want to keep going after the 21 Days?

Many of our challenge participants choose to continue training after the challenge and become full 360 Fitness members. During your final week of the challenge we'll have some exclusive challenge member only deals for our ongoing training/nutrition packages and we would be more than happy to help you continue right on going towards reaching all of your health and fitness goals!

What if I will be away during the challenge?

No problem. We want you to commit 100% during the 21 day challenge and ask that you don't take vacations but if you need to rebook your sessions, just give us 24 hours notice and we can move it. Make sure you get all your sessions in during the 21 days though. 

What is the training like?

For new members, this program is centered around 3x week personal training and ongoing support. After years and years of testing, we have found this to be the perfect blend of personal attention, fun, community, support and accountability. 


These are 30 min sessions with your trainer.

What are the trainers education like?

Great question. All our certified personal training staff have to have post-secondary education in our field and endure our in-house & intensive 12 week apprenticeship program to become 360 Certified. We demand the best. 

How long is each training session?

Please allow yourself 45-60 minutes for each training session. Workout is 30 mins long with your trainer but you should warm up and cool down.

 
You'll have access anytime for our cardio area during business hours.

What if I haven't worked out in a long time?

That is OKAY! We work with many members just like you who may be new to training or have not been doing physical activity in some time. Our individual attention and program design ensure that you are working towards YOUR goals, at YOUR own personal fitness level, and keeping you injury free while getting the motivation you need. You are never in "competition" with any other members and it is one of our top priorities to create a non-intimidating environment in our facility. 

Am I required to purchase pre-made meals, or follow a crazy restrictive diet?

No! Our nutrition plans and recipes focus on whole foods, prepared at home, that are friendly for the entire family. You will be eating a good variety of foods and eating healthy portion sizes to support your increased exercise volume. No gimmicks or starvation diets here!

Can I use the gym on my own?

Absolutely! We have dedicated cardio areas and client workout areas for you to come on your own any time we are open. No fees.
