Full Pre/Post Assessments
We start you off on the right foot with a full 60 minute assessment (included) where we can chat goals, fitness and do a body assessment with a finale assessment to see the progress.

Self Commitment
Before we begin, we will get you to sign a self-commitment form where you will write your goals and see the action steps to get there. This is such a powerful visual exercise.

The program is 6 weeks long from your assessment date. You have 18 workouts to use and an assessment in that time. We ask you come 3x week with your coach.
This is a unique program for you. You can start when you wish. After purchase, we book your first consult and assessments in though to guarantee you a spot.
No problem. We want you to commit 100% during the 6 weeks but if a blip gets in the way, just give us 24hrs notice and we can rebook to another time inside that 6 week window.
1-1 Personal Training - if you want to have your own coach the whole way through for maximum effectiveness or if you have medical conditions/injuries/limitations than this is the best route. $699 total or 116/wk (win $500 for hitting goals).
Small Group Training - Small group training is a great blend of personal attention and group energy. Small enough classes to get the attention you need, coaching and the fun of a positive group with you. $599 or $99/week (win $500 for hitting goals)
We also have partner training available (2on1). Inquire at your consultation.
We are open 6am to 8pm Mon-Fri, for your convenience. We have up to 15 training spots open to you a day.
Upon availability and demand, we are looking into expanding into Saturday hours for this program. See ask us for details.
Absolutely and we recommend it. We have a great client workout space and cardio equipment for you to use. We reserve the main area of the gym for personal training but feel free to use the rest for your own workouts, warm ups, cool downs, cardio and more. All free to you and no booking needed.
Great question. All our certified personal training staff come have to have post-secondary education in our field and endure our in-house & intensive 12 week apprenticeship program to become 360 Certified. We demand the best.
We focus on eating real, whole food. We have personally designed a fully-done-for you 6 week nutrition plan that is fat burning focused and family friendly. It includes easy to follow recipes, list, action plans and goal setting exercises. We also have VEGAN options available.
